CANCELLATION POLICY

The Agenda believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.

  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Once the products are shipped, no exchange or refund is accepted.

  • All products are pre-checked for quality before being sent out. In spite of our best efforts, if the product you receive is damaged kindly contact us for an exchange or refund within 24 hours of delivery.

  • In the case of a damaged product, please ensure that products are returned in original condition and packaging in order to process the request.

  • Once The Agenda's team inspects the damaged product and accepts the request, It shall take a week’s time to exchange or refund.
